Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times

Express Shipping:

1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Delayed Packages

ALA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control. If your package is lost, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require an additional shipping fee for reshipment.

Local Orders

Customers located in the Rio Grande Valley (RGV) who are interested in local pickup are welcome to contact us through our Instagram direct messages. Our team will be happy to assist you with local order arrangements.
